Zion NP in Utah - April, 2000
So often, color photography is used to express
the temperature within a landscape. Black & white photography provides
an interesting glimpse into the forms and structures of a landscape. In
this image, I wanted to display the intriguing horizontal rock structures
that existed, combined with the harshness of the landscape for vegetation.
Lastly, I wanted to record the intense heat(without color) that was radiating
off of the rock that day.
